What does "sporterize" mean?
I work for a sporting goods store and sell collectible military rifles (M44, the 91/30 's, Enfield, SKS, etc.) Sometimes I hear a customer talk about how "sporterized" his rifle, but I do not know what that means. Please explain.
That means it had the stock and reduce gun so relieved that it was easier to use as a hunting rifle.
