What legal recourse exists for sale of false memories in Ebay?
If someone is selling sporting goods were not proven to be signed by the players, what legal method available to stop them? Ebay likes to ignore these and claim no responsibility, but there must be an organization external prevents people from selling items misrepresented the uninformed. I get my money through a presentation with paypal or credit card but I would stop this person from preying on hundreds of others. Thanks
Selling counterfeits and replicas may be a violation of the law. Start with your department local police. Must be able to refer to the appropriate agency.
